Amar, Azam both are in my heart: Shivpal Singh Yadav

Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Irrigation Minister Shivpal Singh Yadav on Thursday said that both Amar Singh and Mohammad Azam Khan have a definite place in his heart.

Singh was responding to newspersons after unveiling the book penned by Deepak Mishra in the state capital on the occasion of former’s birthday. The query put to him was how the recent posters of the party have Amar Singh shown with senior Samajwadi Party (SP) leaders excluding Azam Khan.

What he said:

• FIR will be registered against lawyers who went on rampage.
• 27 lakhs cases of Chakbandi were pending but now only 5 lakh cases are left.
• SP workers should go and distribute blankets to the needy instead of creating noise.
• Workers should take lesson from former Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri.
