Lucknow: After younger daughter-in-law of Yadav clan Aparna Yadav's entry into active politics was announced on Sunday, two more members from the family of Samajwadi Party Mulayam Singh Yadav are lined up to contest next assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh.

Aditya Yadav, nephew of Mulayam and son of senior SP leader Shiv Pal Singh Yadav and Anuraag Yadav, brother of SP MP from Badaun Dharmendra Yadav, are likely to be fielded in the next assembly elections in 2017. After this, the number of Yadav family members in the electoral politics will reach 18, Aparna, whose candidature from Cantt assembly seat in Lucknow had been announced, being 16th member.

The decision about the seat on which Aditya will contest will be taken later. He is already the chairman of Pradeshik Cooperative Federation (PCF).

It may be recalled that all five seats the SP have in the Lok Sabha were represented by Yadav clan members. Mulayam himself, Akshay Yadav, his nephew, Dimple Yadav, daughter-in-law, and other nephews Dharamnedra Yadav and Tej Pratap Yadav are the only five Lok Sabha members of SP.
