New Delhi: The 'stone-pelters', hired by the separatist leaders in Jammu and Kashmir to spark violence in the valley, have been given a raw deal by them as they were not paid their promised amount, the latest intelligence inputs to the Centre said.

This came to light when the trouble-mongers discontinued their designs for want of money creating an awkward situation for those who never wanted peace to prevail in the valley.

In fact, it smacked of a scam by the separatist leaders who ,according to reports, are being funded by pakistan's intelligence agency ISI to the tune of Rs 70 crore recently. The separatist hired 'stone-pelters' to create unrest in the valley but were not paid the amount they had been promised .

Not willing to play to their tunes, such elements have threatened the separatists to discontinue stone pelting. The information, revealing one, gathered by Indian agencies clearly pointed towards a scam among the separatist leaders who are already on the radar of Indian security agencies.

As per informed sources, the Centre under National Security Advisor (NSA) Ajit Doval is planning to take strict actions against separatists under anti-terror law. The strategy has been made to isolate separatist leaders from the valley.
