Indian style accusation in French Presidential poll to be held next Sunday

New Delhi: Le Pen, a front-runner in presidential election in France, has got a shot in arm as the fourth candidate has decided to back her .

The candidate, Jean-luc Melenchon, who had secured 19.6 per cent votes in the first round which ended last Sunday, announced on Wednesday , his decision to " endorse" Le Pen.

Melenchon is a well known leader in France as he had launched a movement in that country which he had called " French subjugation movement".

The second round of election will be held on May 7 as none of the four candidates had got a majority in the first phase.

The announced has cheered her supporters as she was a little behind the man who had got the highest percentage of votes, Emmanuel Macron.

The Macron camp has another worry at hand. His campaign strategy is suspected to have been hacked a man who has reportedly a Russian link.

Le Pen, for some not known reason, has also got the support of the American President Donald Trump.

Trump who has favoured reforms in the tax laws and toughening of visa rules has described her as the " strongest " presidential candidate.

After the presidential election parliamentary elections will be held in France in June.
