A Saffron Dream of Felony -- Opinion by Kamran Abbas Rizvi

"The administration of government is like a guardianship ought to be directed to the good of those who confer, not of those who receive trust"

The antagonistic approach undertaken by political parties in curbing the voice of youth, exposes the fatuous mindset of the organisation, which wants to paint saffron every kind that comes their way.

It is extremely unhealthy for India, which has its own distinct pluralistic identity and culture. This kind of approach is also against the basic laws of human behaviour that is critical reasoning and dissent.

The latest recrimination put forth by incorrigible minds that is declaring any one anti national, especially the people who reject this miasma of atavism, is not only hilarious but also reflects their primitive mindset which failed to grow with time.

These preachers of pseudo nationalism, themselves, never hosted tri-colour in their shakhas and there are many incidents on record that these right winged hooligans have openly burnt tri- colour, rejecting the concept portrayed by it and thus, proved their antagonistic behaviour towards the values and principles which bound the nation together.

Their antipathy towards the presence of other minorities is also not hidden.

Now comes the funny part, if you siphon off crores of rupees in a scam, the money which belonged to the tax payers, troubled, hard working, and selflessly law abiding citizen of India. The money which was to be used to uplift the 57% under fed populace of the nation. Ironically, these pesters are still not termed anti-nationals, even after being convicted by the courts.

When the Luddite policies of the ruling class, irrespective of which side of political scale they belong to, leads to suicides of more than ten lakh farmers in two decades. My dear oxymoronic brothers, why don't you term these silent killers anti-nationals?

People undermine the true meaning of nationalism when they fail to realise that action speaks more than hollow and empty slogans. When they fail to realise that these are just political stunts, these are time tested weapons often used by the ruling class to hide their impotence, failures to perform to stay true to their commitments. It is important to demarcate our capacity to envisage onto real problems, so that you remain where you are and they remain where they are.

Imagine that you have thrown and wiped all the minorities and ethnic groups, will you achieve a utopian state?? Will no one rape?? Will no one rob?? Will no one kill?? Will people stop dying due to diseases?? Will India become the golden bird again??

Sadly the answer is a big NO. When no one will be left to fight, you will fight your own men and the entire middle-east is a glaring example of this. The Shaivites would fight Vaishnavites, the Dravidians would fight Aryans, the Brahmins would fight Kshatriyas and would end up destroying their own kind, that's what the law of Karma says "What Goes Around Comes Around."

So it is the ectopia that keeps us alive and kicking and keeps the nation imperfectly perfect. This madness to convert it into a Hindu Rashtra would destroy the different colours on the canvas of the nation and ultimately the most important part of the nation, its people!!
