Meerut: Filled with happiness and excitement, after winning with huge majority in 2017 assembly polls of Uttar Pradesh, the party workers are confident of taking the state to the path of 'freedom from goondaism and corruption'.

A fresh warning has been given by the newly appointed legislator from Sardhana constituency Sangeet Som, who has assured the UPiites of eradicating the goonism from every corner of the state, to the goons of the state.

Som has said that all miscreants should leave the state as soon as possible otherwise they would themselves be responsible for facing the dire consequences.

"I thank people for making the BJP win in the state and assure you all that the UP will soon be a goonism free state. All those who were responsible for the last 400 riots that took place here, will be put behind bars. If they want to protect themselves, they still have few hours left and I warn them to leave the state as soon as possible," stated Sangeet Som.

The BJP leader also promised the building of Ram Mandir in the state. "Now that BJP has come to power, we will see to it that the proceedings regarding establishment of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya get fasten," he said.

Excitement in BJP clan:

For the Bharatiya Janata Party leaders and supporters Holi has advanced by two days. For, they have started celebrating the festival of colours on Saturday itself after the trend and results on television screens suggesting that the BJP is heading towards a two-third majority in Uttar Pradesh.

There is completely different picture at the party offices of Samajwadi Party (SP), the Congress and the BSP in contrast.

The Party workers also requested to appoint Satya Prakash Agarwal as a cabinet minister from the Meerut Cantt seat.

It may be mentioned that Samajwadi Party candidate Rafeeq Agarwal has won the election from the Meerut assembly constituency. After winning his luck, he thanked the people of the area for trusting him. He said, "I thank you all for showing your faith in me and making the MLA from Meerut constituency.. I will fight for your right and work for your (people) favour."
