IPS politics drown the swimming competition of UP Police

Lucknow: The Indian Police Service (IPS) officers' politics in Uttar Pradesh has stolen all the glitter of the 64^thAll India Police swimming competition .

It was fixed and announced that the competition will be inaugurated by the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Akhilesh Yadav and Union Home Minster and local MP Rajnath singh will preside the closing ceremony. On 18^th April, just before the opening ceremony, the CM Uttar Pradesh canceled his program. Later Rajnath Singh followed the suite and he also denied the presence in the program.

Interestingly, the Union Home Minister is in his parliamentary constituency these days. Reliable sources say that the flashy celebrity guest list don’t suit to a powerful IPS group in the state.

Sources say that cancellation of the program is managed artistically by that group only. Whispers in the power corridor indicate that later Rajnath singh was convinced that when the Chief Minister himself is not giving importance to the program, despite being present in Lucknow, he should also avoid the presence.

The 'created confusion'

Highly palced sources say that the confusion is created to target the team leaders present policing system. It shall be used later to give message and earn importance during postings and positioning

The message

Due to this fiasco the message is quite loud and clear that CM is not happy with the present baton holders and thus the other group is powerful even without the post. But our political police officers don’t understand that due to this the ultimate sufferer is only the UP POLICE.
