FICCI FLO calls Rajat Sharma to their dock in 'Flo Ki Adalat' for a candid conversation

Lucknow: FICCI FLO Lucknow chapter came up with yet another feather on their cap by hosting an event with India's favourite public prosecutor, Mr. Rajat Sharma, the acclaimed host of the legendary show "Aap ki Adalat" This event was in the format of a candid conversation between Mr. Sharma and two extremely accomplished women from the FICCI FLO fraternity .

Mr. Sharma needs no introduction and is famous for bringing many a stalwarts of the country to their knees, and in their virtual conversation with Sharma, the ladies of FLO Lucknow got to deep dive into his tricks and modus operandi. Sharma known for his wit and incisive questioning technique, had the tables turned on him and patiently answered all the questions asked by the FLO members, with a lot of panache.

When asked about the thoughts behind bringing in Rajat Sharma, the Chairperson FLO Lucknow chapter, Mrs. Arushi Tandon said, " it's quoted that "those who tell the stories rule the world" - and some of our generations' greatest stories have been uncovered by Rajat ji who with his endearing smile and lethal wit and intelligence, has become a master story teller one who can uncover truths by his mere presence."

Mr. Rajat Sharma is the Chairman and Editor-in Chief of India's most watched Hindi news channel- INDIA TV. Bestowed with The Padma Bhushan he is best known for his popular talk show 'Aap Ki Adalat', India's longest-running television show. People who have appeared on the show include Presidents, Prime Ministers, Union Ministers, Film Stars, sports stars, and Social Reformists. For this show, he has earned many Best Anchor awards and accolades, including the Lifetime Achievement Award. He not only is the Chairman and Editor-in Chief of India TV, but also the President of the News Broadcasters Association- India and the Vice President of The Indian Broadcasting Foundation. Respected and considered as the most powerful journalist in India, Rajat Sharma also enjoys stardom as a TV star with a massive fan following.

Putting this great baron of TV journalism in the dock in the FLO ki Adalat were the two highly respected FLO members. Mrs. NEETA BUCHRA, Past President of FICCI FLO and Mrs. MADHURI HALWASIYA, past Chairperson, FICCI FLO LUCKNOW.

These two ladies had a detailed candid chat with the media genius who invited them to ask about anything relating to his life and career as he said his life was an.op3n.book because he did not believe in half truths or falsified and had absolutely nothing to hide.

One of his answers which got him maximum approval from the audience was a response to the question on.women empowerment . Mr. Sharma said "I don't believe women need to be empowered by anyone else. They themselves are a great source of power and knowledge. Where ever I go, I see girls breaking barriers, winning medals and achieving great glories, all.by themselves. I salute their work be it professional or from the background supporting families, women bare the true nation builders of today."
