Mother MaryTeresa Bojaxhiu was born in Skopje, Ottoman Empire, on August 26, 1910. She was an Albanian-Indian Roman Catholic nun and missionary. She lived in Skopje for 18 years, before moving to Ireland and then to India, where she lived for most of her life.
