What sun can do to your skin?

Direct exposure to sunlight can cause you various problems like skin tanning, acne, pimples, fine lines, dark spots, wrinkles and many more.

Home made, time saving and easy remedies for your skin:

  • Besan (Gram Flour) and Turmeric Face Pack: Turmeric is very popular for its medicinal properties Applying Turmeric and Besan paste will do wonders for your skin as it works both as a bleach and scrub.

  1. Mix a pinch of turmeric powder in 2 tablespoons of besan powder in one tablespoon of milk and one table spoon of rose water.
  2. Apply the pack on your face and let it dry for 20 minutes.
  3. Moist the dry area by applying some water and gently scrub the the pack on your face.
  4. Rinse the pack gently from your face with the help of lukewarm of normal water.
  5. Dry your face with a soft cloth.

  • Potato Starch will do wonder: Not many know that potato works as a natural bleach for the skin. applying it can lessen your tan in just two to three days.

  1. Take one potato and peel of its skin.
  2. Grate the potato and apply its starch on your skin and leave it for around 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Wash your face with normal water and dry it with a soft cotton cloth.
  4. Apply some Aloe Vera on your face for around five minutes as using A potato dries your skin faster.

  • Tomato, Yogurt and Lemon juice Pack: Tomato is a natural anti-oxidant for your skin and this pack will also have the bleaching properties of lemon and yogurt.

  1. Mix 2 tablespoon of tomato pulp with one table spoon of lemon juice and one table spoon of yogurt.
  2. Apply the paste on your face for 30 minutes.
  3. Wash your face with lukewarm water and dry it with a soft cloth.

Other quick remedies that you can perform while being in a hectic schedule:

If you are a no time-to-take-skin-care person then you can surely apply these 2 minutes remedies that can make your skin glow like it had never been before.

  • Before going to bed wash your face with a mild face wash and alpply an ice cube for 2 minutes. Dry you face gently with a soft cloth.
  • Keep with you some amount of fresh Aloe Vera and apply it on your face when ever you get sneaking time from your busy schedule.
  • Apply a lemon on your face for 5 minutes while doing your work and wash your face with normal water to rinse it off.
