14th March 2001: Laxman remembers historic Test comeback ever

New Delhi: On this day, 17 years ago, one of the most remembered chapter of Indian Cricket and former Indian batsman VVS Laxman was written in golden words.

It was the historic Test comeback ever at the Eden Gardens against Australia, thanks to mammoth 376-run stand between VVS Laxman and Rahul Dravid.

Feeling nostalgic, VVS Laxman on Wednesday remembered those days of his high self-belief, crediting Rahul Dravid and the entire Indian team for the 171-run victory over Australia in a historic match.
