In these days when we are running all the time. And busy in work and unmanaged lifestyle, we need to take care of our health. Here we will tell you about some fatafat snacks. These snaks are easy to made and diet friendly too.

You can add this to your tiffin box and then take it as when you are little hungry.

Instead of eating noodles, rolls and packaged food items, you must eat these snacks.

Unsalted Nuts and dry fruits:

As we all know that dry fruits are good for our health. We must add some quantity of Dry fruits like almond, watermelon seed, sunflower seed for a healthy bowl.

Most of the nuts and dry fruits contains cholestrol and fruit oil in it. Doctorsalso suggest to have an amount of these things in our diet on daily basis.

Roasted Makhana:

Makhana or lotus seeds are very famous in India. In India people eat this dry fruit during their fasts. You can add on some taste according to your Swaad. Add some salt or sugar in it for better taste.

You can take this in your tiffin for brunch.

Yogurt/Curd(Dahi):

Curd is always a good diet to take. Even when you are not feeling good or you want to change your taste. Yogurt is beneficial for your stomach and digestive system.

You can make lassi of it. Add some milk cream, sugar, dry fruits in it then a very tasty beverage is ready for you.

Vegetable soups:

Vegetables are always good for human health and digestive system. Try to use more and more vegetable in your food. Veg soups are better options when you are little hungry. It has lower callories and it feels aproper heavy meal.

In market there are several soups Masala are available, try to add some fresh vegetable in it.
