In this world dominated by the Internet, people remain awaken till late night and glued to their smartphones surfing the net. It can be dangerous for your health and can cause diseases like intoxication.

According to a research, the people who remain awake till late night can get addicted to bad things. This addiction sometimes may even turn fatal.

The research, conducted in Finland, says that people who remain awake till late night, get addicted to drinking and tobacco.

During the habit of late night sleeping, the Melatonin hormone releases very late in the morning which is a very important part in sleep cycle. Every person has an internal 24-hour body clock or circadian rhythm. It is responsible for releasing the hormone melatonin to induce sleep.

For this, 24 thousand twins were the part of this research study from 1981 to 2018. The questions were asked related to their sleep cycle, behavior etc.

10% people admitted it that they usually wake up till late night. 33% people said that they like to awake late night. 29% people said that they like to sleep early in the night.
