Bones are vital parts of our body and they form the structure of the body. If the bones get weak and don’t work properly then we experience pain and also weak. The spinal cord is a cylindrical structure that runs through the centre of your spine, from your brainstem to your low back. It's a delicate structure that contains nerve bundles and cells that carry messages from your brain to the rest of your body. Your spinal cord is one of the main parts of your nervous system.

The three primary roles of the spinal cord are to send motor commands from the brain to the body, send sensory information from the body to the brain, and coordinate reflexes. But after the age of 30, it may get weaker.

But the question is that how do you get to know that spinal cord is weak?

When the spinal cord gets weaker then we suffer from pain like back pain, neck pain, hip pain and face difficulty in walking. Sometimes the hands and feet also go numb.

To avoid this problem and for a healthy body, you should eat include these items in your food.

Milk products:

As we know that milk contains Calcium in proper quantity and bones also require Calcium. In this condition, you should eat milk products like curd, buttermilk, lassi and also consume milk. But it should be light weighted otherwise it can increase your weight.

Herbs:

Consumption of herbs is best for the bones because they contain Ayurvedic properties. It can be used before 30 also. You should include ginger, turmeric, cinnamon and basil in your daily diet. Drink herbal tea twice in a day also if it is possible.

Green vegetables:

Green vegetables are rich sources of minerals and there is no side effect of consuming green vegetables. You should eat green vegetables at least once in a day. Through this, your body will get the required minerals.
