It is said that deep sleep strengthens memory. But how? No one knew until now.

A new research has unveiled this secret. Researchers say that they have found. Some physiological evidence from inside the brain which shows that during sleep our mind becomes strong at a point. It is a system that merges the electrical pulses delivered in one part of the brain with memory stored in another part.

In a brain study, researchers found that during the sleep our mind become strong at a point. Memory also becomes strong during this. They used close-loop system for this. It is a system that merges electrical impulses deliver to the one part of the brain with memories stored in another part. It can be useful for forgetfulness such as Alzheimer's, dementia.

During the sleep, the hippocampus, which is called the brain's memory hub, and the reasoning cerebral cortex interacts with each other. During this the brain waves flow extremely slowly. At this time, neurons of different parts of the brain exchange each other's information.

According to researchers, eight hours of sleeping is required for the body but if you wake up only in 7 hours and 30 minutes then it is also okay.
