Rains bring welcome relief from the heat but it also causes numerous problems. These problems not only include floods and water logging but also cause problems to our health. People often experience indigestion, allergies and other health related issues during the monsoon. Extreme humidity may also result in dehydration. It is therefore important to choose the foods during this time. Some foods should be avoided in the monsoon season.

Leafy vegetables:

Green leafy vegetables are no doubt is very good for the health without any doubt but in the rainy season you should avoid this because there is more moisture in the air in this season. Bacteria grow in this kind of vegetables. So it better to avoid use these vegetables.

Sea-food:

According to a research, eating sea food can also a cause for your health. This season is the breeding of fishes. During this season you can find frozen food or canned seafood and consuming it can be dangerous for your health.

Spicy and fried food:

Excessive use of oily food like Kachori, Samosa and other can be harmful for your health. You can face problems related with stomach which can be cause of indigestion, diarrhea and other problems.

Raw foods:

Eating raw food can be harmful for your health in this season. It is better to cook them and then eat. With this harmful bacteria destroys in this process.
