Hair fall is a normal problem for everyone due to their lifestyle. It can be due to genetic problems also. Dirty water, habit of eating junk food, unnecessary use of cosmetics, unhealthy diet is also a factor behind this. Hairs take minerals from your food. To solve this problem you should avoid these things:

Diet Soda:

Diet soda is very popular among youth and it is becoming a trend. This is a big factor behind hair fall among youth. Diet soda contains artificial sweetener which damages scalp. So stop drinking Diet Soda for hair fall.

Sweet Food:

Sugar is basically considers as an enemy of diabetes because it increases the blood sugar level. Protein is very important for the growth of hair but due to heavy consumption of sugar it creates problems in growth. So try to consume the sugar only when it is very important.

Alcohol:

There is no need to tell that how harmful alcohol is for our health. It damages not only liver but other organs of the body. But most of the people are not aware with this that alcohol is harmful for hairs also. Our hair growths with the help of a protein called Keratin. When you drink alcohol, it effects on the growth and because of alcohol not only shine of the hairs fed out but it increases hair fall.
