Lucknow: We all have enjoyed a plateful of guava sprinkled with chaat masala (spices). But little do we know about the fruit’s other specialities– other than its mouth-watering taste.

Guavas are rich in Vitamin C and are antioxidants. Vitamin C is very good for skin. It also keeps body hydrated as it contains eight percent of water.
