Famous chef Vikas Khanna has given a recipe to solve this problem through which you can make tea quickly and easily. In today's article, we will tell you the method of making instant tea. With this recipe, you will be able to make instant tea in a very short time and it will save your time also.

Ingredients for making instant tea mix:

One cup milk powder

3/4 cup black tea leaves

3/4 sugar

1-2 inches cinnamon stick

7-8 green cardamom pods

Saffron threads

Hot water

How to make instant tea mix:

  • To make tea mix, take a mixer jar and add tea leaves, cardamom, sugar, and cinnamon pieces in it and grind them finely to make a powder.
  • Place the ground mix powder in a bowl add milk powder to it and mix well.
  • Sieve the powder so that no lumps remain.
  • Add a few threads of saffron to it and store this mixture in an air-tight container.

How to make tea:

  • To make tea, pour hot water in a bowl and add this prepared instant mix and mix well.
  • After mixing, if you want, filter it or serve hot tea like this.
  • Keep this tea mix, which is very tasty to drink, near your bed in winter.
  • Pour hot water from the thermos and add two spoons of the mix, mix the tea and serve to drink.

Tips for making instant tea:

To make this instant tea, do not add more or less any ingredient, otherwise the taste may get spoiled.

After grinding the instant tea in a mixer, keep it in an air tight container, otherwise lumps will form due to the introduction of air into the tea mix.

Saffron threads are an option, if you don't have saffron you can skip it.

If you want, you can also grind dry ginger or dry ginger powder and add it. This will add ginger flavor to the tea.
