Accordinng to the report issued by Access to Nutrition Index (ATNI), India is the only place where food market is best and Indians love to innovate new taste.

This survey is held by ATNI every third year. This report says that in India Nestle and HUL products completed the task for nutrition. Following them are food and beverages major PepsiCo India, Britannia Industries and Coca-Cola India.

India is in list of Top 10 Fast Food consumers and it is increasing per day. This diet includes fat, sugar and salt.

Coca Cola which is a most popular and loved brand in India is planning to maintain its nutrition ethics. According to survey they are focusing on reducing the usage of sugar in their products.

Nestle which has biggest market in India produces several junk foods and packaged food. This is why its their first priority to do best in this area.

As per WHO guidelines, we should manage sugar intake in our daily diet. According to guidelines, adults and children should limit their intake of free sugars to less than 10% of the total energy intake, while promoting a further reduction to 5% or around 25 grams or 6 teaspoons a day.

A normal can of Coca Cola of 330ml contain approx 7 teaspoon sugar and they are planning to reduce this quantity.

India is becoming world's fifth largest company of Coca Cola. In process to make nutritious coke, Coca Cola will shake hand with its other core brands like Limca, maaza, fanta, Sprite and Thums Up as well.
