U P governor returns two bills passed by the state legislature

Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh governor Ram Naik has returned two bills which were passed by two houses of the state legislature , indicating that he is still wary with the state government.

Several bills , including these, were pending with the governor for quite sometime. The other bills were,however, approved by him. The bills which have not got his signature are , Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Ayurvedic Institute bill, 2015 and IIMT, Meerut, bill,2016.

Different reasons have been given for non-approval.
