Road accident claims four lives including a child in Bahraich

Bahraich: Four including a child were killed in a road accident in Risiya police station in Bahraich district of Uttar Pradesh.

The accident occurred when a bus ferrying towards Delhi from Nepal collided with a mini truck near Bhotpur resulting in the death of four passengers, police said.

The bus was coming from Nepal and the accident occurred on national highway 28C on late Monday night.

Over 30 were injured in the accident and were rushed to the district hospital while the condition of 12 of them was stated to be critical, they added.
