Parapet collapse injures 50 women during wedding procession

Kanpur Dehat: About 50 women were injured while watching the dance during a marriage procession in Sithmara village under Roora police station in Kanpur Dehat district in Uttar Pradesh.

Sources here said that these women were injured when the parapet of a two-storied building collapsed on Saturday.

The incident was captured on the camera by one of the passersby and women were rushed to the nearest hospital.

Condition of some of them was stated to be critical, they added.
