MSY would be the happiest man, if SP wins in UP elections: Akhilesh

Jalesar (Etah): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav on Tuesday said if Samajwadi Party wins the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections then party patriarch Mulayam Singh Yadav would be the happiest person.

''I have full blessings of my father and party guardian 'netaji' and will win the assembly polls for him,'' he said while addressing an election rally in Jalesar assembly constituency.

“I have come to know that transactions will take place via smartphone. What has Bharatiya Janata Party done regarding smartphone? asked Akhilesh adding '' it is my government which is providing free smartphones to the people of Uttar Pradesh.''

What else Akhilesh said?

• We have already seen bad days by standing in long queues (because of demonetisation), now tell me where are the acche din?
• BJP has copied the manifesto of Samajwadi Party.
• We have promised daily doses of milk, ghee for the young girls and pressure cookers for women
• BJP government banned all high currency notes which caused major trouble to the traders.
• It was the SP government which gave an ex-gratia of Rs 25 lakh to the ones who lost their lives while standing in long queues.
• We will also launch ambulances for animals.
• BJP has a tendency of misleading people.
• Tagging Bahujan Samaj Party as ‘patthar wali party’, Samajwadi Party chief said that it only erected elephant statues during its regime.
