Let's have a view on achievements made on technology day
Panaji: Every year May 11 is celebrated as National Technology day to mark Indian Technology advancement.
This day is declared by Indian Government in order to commemorate the history of India's technological capability and expertise. On this particular day, India had achieved a huge technological progression.
The sea Harriers of Naval Air Squadron INAS 300 de-inducted & MIG29K inducted at INS Hansa at Goa on Wednesday.
Achievements on May 11
- The first indigenous aircraft "Hansa-3" was test flown from Bangalore.
- Successful test firing of the Trishul missile was performed by India.
- Three successful nuclear tests were executed at Pokhran, in Rajasthan.
- India successfully tested 5 nuclear powered bombs in Pokharan, Rajasthan to demonstrate its defence capability.This is also regarded as one of the significant moments of Indian History.
