Tawang of AP faces nature's wrath, landslide claims 15 lives

Itanagar: Arunachal Pradesh face the nature’s wrath as landslide claims 15 lives in Tawang district of the state on Friday. Drastically, there are many people who are reported to be still trapped under debris after the landslide.

The people who lost their lives are said to be labours of nearby states who came here to work at the construction site of a five star hotel.

Wrath is not over while rescue operations are on

Its not just the end as more landslides triggered by the rains are also being reported from different part of Tawang which has caused disruption in power supply and communication network to big extent as these have damaged the electric and telephone poles .

Chief minister Kalikho Pul has asked Tawang district administration for a detailed report of the mishap.
