Barabanki: In a daring robbery, some young miscreants, about ten in number, barged into the house of one Vishnu Tandon , the chief manager of Bank of India, and decamped with the ornaments worth Rs several lakhs in Gukul Nagar of Barabanki district in Uttar Pradesh on late Wednesday night.

The criminals beat up the servant Kishna and tied up him with a bed sheet and threatened Vishnu Tandon and his wife to kill in order to procure keys of admirals from them.

According to Alka Tandon, all of them were below 25 years of age and were fearless in their actions. The case was registered, however, the police has so far been clueless.
