Court asks to file case against Ambika Soni’s husband

Noida: District court has ordered the Kasna police of Gautam Buddh Nagar to lodge a report against former Union Minister Ambika Soni’s husband Udai Chand. He is accused of making the land of 3.5 bigha in his name by false means.

• With the involvement of employees in his wrong doing, he has been accused of taking compensation from the Noida authority of Rs 44 lakhs for the said land in the convince of district administration.
• One Mohit Khullar lodged the complaint in this regard complained to police but no complaint has been registered so far.
• Later, sufferer knocked the doors of court.
• Court has sought SSP for the investigation report.
