Congress open to any alliance except with BJP: Sheila Dikshit

Kanpur: Congress’ Chief Ministerial face in UP, Sheila Dikshit on Tuesday said that except the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), her party may enter into alliance with any party in the state.
