In the ongoing Indian Premier League, it seems as if the batsmen of Sunrisers Hyderabad have come from another planet. The batsmen of this team are batting at a different level and his style has created an uproar on the field. They are beating in such a manner that neither the bowlers nor the strategists are able to understand anything.

And the proof of this was once again seen in the home match played against Delhi Capitals (DC v SRH) on Saturday at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. Hyderabad openers Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma launched such an attack on the Delhi bowlers that it became the two most powerful records in the history of the tournament.

When Abhishek and especially Travis Head were batting, it seemed as if batting was a game for their left hand or they were playing with a plastic or rubber ball. Both of them set such a tone with the very first ball that when the power-play (first 6 overs) ended, the first powerful record in IPL history had been made. Hyderabad's score after six overs was 125 runs without any loss. Everyone's eyes widened as this had not happened in the last 15 years of history. Earlier, the second highest score was made by KKR against RCB (105/0). Chennai (100/2, vs Punjab, 2014) at third position, Chennai (90/0, vs Mumbai, 2015) at fourth position and KKR (88/1, vs Delhi, 2024) at fifth position have made their mark in the powerful this year. Had shown power, but now Hyderabad has got its name written on the top.

Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma's fierce attacks achieved another such feat, which happened for the first time in IPL history. Yes, this happened for the first time in the last fifteen years, when a team scored a hundred runs in the first five overs. The last time this was done was about nine years ago by Chennai (6 overs, vs Punjab, 2014). KKR (6 overs, vs RCB, 2017) is also jointly at second place in this matter. Chennai is at third position (6.5 overs, vs Mumbai, 2015) and Sunrisers Hyderabad is at fourth position (7 overs, vs Mumbai, 2024). And these two records are enough to show at what level Sunrisers are batting.
