Lucknow: Just a day before when everyone is going to adopt a healthy lifestyle on this 'World Yoga Day', Guinness record holder for the world's shortest girl alive, Jyoti Amge, is seen performing yoga with many others.

It is not less than an inspiration for all those who want to live young, healthy and fit yet find excuses when it comes to practically adopting Yoga.

She took part in the yoga session held at Nagpur and urged everyone to join these camps as it is more just than a physical exercise. She even said that performing yoga on a regular basis not just benefits physically but mentally also.

"I practice yoga on a regular basis. It helps me in staying fit and is one of my favourite activity. Infact, everyone should perform yoga as it has many health benefits. As we are about to observe International Yoga Day, I'll try reaching every other Yoga camp at Nagpur. Our Prime Minister himself will be seen performing Yoga," said the 62.8 cm girl.

She further added, "In the end, I would request every other individual to know the need and importance of Yoga and practice it in order to stay fit".

Jyoti Amge has been sighted in various films and reality shows like 'Maatharam', 'Body Shock' and 'Bigg Boss season 6'.

'World Yoga Day' is observed every year on June 21.
