On the occasion of Women's Day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will communicate with women who have been awarded the 'Nari Shakti Samman'.
New Delhi: Today on 8 March, the world is celebrating International Women’s Day. On the occasion of Women's Day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will communicate with women who have been awarded the 'Nari Shakti Samman'. At the same time, PM Modi will hand over his official Twitter account to women honored with 'Nari Shakti Samman' today. This information has been given by the Prime Minister's Office (PMO).
This initiative taken by PM Modi few days ago, when he tweeted that he is thinking to leave his social media account and disclosed in his other tweets about this campaign.
President Kovind will honor Women:
On the occasion of International Women's Day, President Ramnath Kovind will honor the women with 'Nari Shakti Samman'. In this event specially organised for ladies, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will interact with Awardees. According to Prime Minister Office , then PM Modi will hand over his twitter account to them.

Few days ago PM Modi had tweeted a tweet, in which he had informed that on Sunday 8 March, he will give his social media accounts to the women whose work and life inspire everyone.
