Woman cop wins praise for timely help to man with chest pain
The constable Baby, upon seeing the man clutching his chest and writhing in pain after submitting a petition at the district collectorate, rendered first aid to him, arranged an autorickshaw and sent him to a government hospital.
Coimbatore: A woman constable's presence of mind helped a 50-year-old differently abled person get timely medical attention after he suffered chest pain at the Collectorate here.

The constable Baby, upon seeing the man clutching his chest and writhing in pain after submitting a petition at the district collectorate, rendered first aid to him, arranged an autorickshaw and sent him to a government hospital.
The man recovered at the hospital following treatment.

The incident that was reported on July 9 had won the praise of the city police commissioner Sumit Saran and the public as well.
On Tuesday, Saran handed over a certificate to Baby, a first grade constable, at the Commissionerate in appreciation of her timely action.
