In the plains, the temperature of Hisar in Haryana dropped below Shimla. Apart from this, the temperature of Narnaul in Haryana, Meerut in western Uttar Pradesh, Churu and Ajmer in Rajasthan, Gwalior in Madhya Pradesh, all these cities were also recorded around 5 degree Celsius.

In Delhi also the mercury is going down fast. Western Disturbance is in the mountainous areas of North India. However, it is not as strong as predicted. Despite this, clouds are visible over these areas. At the same time, there is no active weather system in South India. But, the southern coasts are cloudy due to moisture and due to winds, the north-east monsoon is active over these parts.

Snowfall in North India:

According to the India Meteorological Department, in the mountainous areas of North India, Gilgit, Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, Ladakh, Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand are also witnessing light rain or snowfall. But, as said earlier, there is not a very strong weather system here. Despite this, on December 14, light snowfall can be seen in Gulmarg, Kulgam, Pahalgam and adjoining parts as well as in Lahaul Spiti and which is part of Himachal from Ladakh.

At present, the weather will be clear in Uttarakhand. In the plains, the parts of Punjab and Haryana which are adjoining Himachal, there the temperature is coming down very fast. In Punjab, Haryana, parts of Rajasthan, Delhi and West Uttar Pradesh, the wind will blow from the north direction, due to which the temperature may see a further drop in these areas. The temperature of Hisar and adjoining Haryana, the area of ​​Churu, Ganganagar, Hanumangarh, North Rajasthan and up to Ajmer is going down very fast.
