According to the India Meteorological Department, dense clouds are being seen in the area of Gilgit, Baltistan, Muzaffarabad and Ladakh. Due to this, light to moderate showers and snow can also occur at some places in the areas today. Light rain is also forecast in Srinagar, Shimla, Dharamsala, Una, Chamba etc. Weather in Uttarakhand will be mainly dry.

Winters in Delhi:

Severe cold is expected in Delhi, Aligarh, Agra, Churu, Hisar, Sirsa, Jaisalmer etc. There will be many areas along the border of Haryana and Rajasthan where damage to crops due to frost is also expected. Similarly, there is a possibility of foggy over parts of Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal from eastern parts of Uttar Pradesh. Westerly winds are very likely to cover the area of ​​Sub Himalayan West Bengal including Lucknow, Ayodhya, Varanasi, Patna, Gaya, Darbhanga, Bhagalpur, Kolkata, Digha.

Rain in Tamil Nadu:

The weather will remain mainly dry over Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Maharashtra, Vidarbha, Marathwada, eastern and western parts of Madhya Pradesh, Konkan-Goa, Goa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Daman Diu. Cloudy and light rain are forecast in Sangli, Satara, Sindh Durg.

Rain will be mainly over the coastal areas of Tamil Nadu. Good rainfall will be recorded in the areas of Puducherry and Pamban. Inner Tamil Nadu areas will also see rain at many places like Salem, Coimbatore, Madurai, Vellore, Tiruchirappalli.
