Weather Update: IMD issues heavy rain alert in these areas of Delhi, Haryana and UP

New Delhi: In the month of Sawan, it is raining in many parts of the country including North India. Even today, a rain alert has been issued by the Meteorological Department in many areas including Delhi-NCR. Today i.e. on August 9, it may rain once again in many areas of Delhi, Haryana, UP.

Heavy rain alert in UP:

According to the latest weather updates, Delhi, Haryana's Sonipat, Jhajjar, Kharkhoda, Uttar Pradesh's Muzaffarnagar, Khatauli, Baghpat, Khekra, Baraut, Anupshahar, Atrauli, Amroha, Rampur, Sambhal, Billari, Chandausi, Bahjoi, Light to moderate rain will occur over Roorkee, Bijnor, Najibabad and adjoining areas.


Monsoon 2021:

Significantly, on the previous day too, there was heavy rain in many areas of the country including Delhi-NCR. Even though the people got relief from the sultry heat due to heavy rains, but on the other hand the roads were flooded at places, due to which people had to face a lot of problems.

On the other hand, flood-like situation prevails in many areas of Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Bengal. Due to the incessant rains, the water level of the rivers increased, due to which people were trapped in many places. Help is being provided continuously in the flood affected areas. Work is being done to bring people to a safe place.


Continuous rain for next 7 days:

On the other hand, if we talk about the weather of Bihar, then the rainy season will start here from today. According to the report, till August 14, rain is expected in many areas located here.

The Meteorological Department has said that after two days there may be heavy rain from Kishanganj to West Champaran. There is a possibility of rain from Jamui to Khagaria as well. In comparison to North Bihar, the districts of South Bihar are expected to receive slightly less rain.
