New Delhi: Winter season at its peak in North India. Due to the cold winds coming from the north, many areas of Rajasthan have come under the grip of cold wave. At the same time, the Meteorological Department (IMD) said that on December 18, the minimum temperature of -1.1 degree Celsius has been recorded in Churu, West Rajasthan.

Temperature below zero degree:

After this, the normal temperature was recorded at -1.6 degree Celsius to -3.0 degree Celsius at many places in Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi, West Uttar Pradesh. At the same time, the Meteorological Department has issued a Yellow Alert, issuing a cold wave warning in many parts of the state.


In fact, according to the Meteorological Department, the minimum temperature was recorded at minus (-) 3.3 degree Celsius in Fatehpur (Sikar). While in neighboring Churu district it was (-) 1.1 degree Celsius. At the same time, last night's minimum temperature was 0.3 degree in Nagaur, 0.7 degree in Sangaria and Sikar, 1.0 degree in Bhilwara, 1.1 degree in Ganganagar, 1.9 degree in Pilani, 2.7 degree Celsius in Chittorgarh. In such a situation, the minimum temperature has gone below 5 degree Celsius in most of the districts of the state.

Let us inform that in the past, the temperature in Ajmer was 10.2 degree, Bhilwara 9.6 degree, Alwar 8.2 degree, Jaipur 12.1 degree, Pilani 1.1 degree, Sikar 5 degree, Kota 11.5 degree, Bundi 12 degree, Chittorgarh 8.7 degree, Barmer 8.8 degree, Jaisalmer 7.3 degree , Jodhpur 10 degree, Phalodi 7 degree, Bikaner 5.6 degree, Churu 0 degree, Sri Ganganagar 6.5 degree, Nagaur 3.3 degree, Bundi 14.9 degree.

Winters in Delhi:

Delhi witnessed the coldest day of the season on Sunday morning, with the temperature dropping to 4.6 degrees Celsius, with the cold spell continuing for the second day in a row. Saturday was the first coldest day of the season in Delhi. Where the mercury fell to 6 degree Celsius.
