Weather Today: The Western Disturbance over North India is now slowly moving eastwards. Due to the disturbance, there was some softening in the weather in North and Northwest India, which will once again become harsh. Clouds are visible in the eastern and northeastern states. In Central India, where the heat is breaking records, South India has recorded very good rains in the last 24 hours. Weather in Delhi and UP will be normal today.

According to the Meteorological Department (IMD), from March 25, when the effect of Western Disturbance will reduce in North India, then winds will start blowing from the western direction in Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan, Muzaffarabad. The weather will be completely clear. If we look at the plains, then the weather is completely clear and dry in all the cities of Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan and also in most parts of Uttar Pradesh.

In the next 24 hours, the temperature will increase in many cities. At present, there is a forecast of some rain on the mountains, due to which the weather will be pleasant there. There will be a drop in day and night temperatures. The temperature will increase in the coming days in Uttarakhand and other hilly states.

According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), westerly winds will blow in most areas of Haryana including various cities of Punjab on Friday. Western Uttar Pradesh's Meerut, Agra, Aligarh, Moradabad, Saharanpur, Kanpur, Lucknow, Varanasi, Ayodhya, Gorakhpur will also have the effect of westerly winds today.

These winds will be dry. The speed of these winds will be strong. The sky will be clear. The effect of bright sunshine will be there. The temperature will definitely be comfortable in the morning and at night. In UP, people will feel the scorching heat during the day. Due to this heat, especially the agricultural farmers may face a lot of problems. Weather may remain comfortable in some parts of Rajasthan today. In other cities like Jaisalmer, Bikaner, Jodhpur, Jaipur, Ganganagar, Hanumangarh etc., there will be severe heat.

In Northeast India, light to moderate showers will occur at isolated places over Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Tripura. Here people will get relief from the scorching heat.
