Weather Today: IMD predicts rise in temperature, Heatwave to hit Gujarat, Rajasthan

Weather Today: Climate is changing rapidly in the country. The temperature is increasing rapidly, the effect of which is visible in the form of heat. Whether it is the national capital Delhi or Lucknow, the sun is constantly getting hotter. In such a situation, the Meteorological Department (IMD) estimates that by Holi, the maximum temperature of Delhi will reach 35 degree Celsius. In the next 24 hours, the temperature in other states of the country will also go up.

Light Rain in Kashmir:

According to the Indian Meteorological Department, Western Disturbances are still coming continuously in the mountainous parts of North India, but now their effect is not as effective due to the changed direction. Due to passing over Western Himalayan regions, there is a possibility of rain in some parts of Gilgilt, Baltistan, Muzaffarabad and Jammu and Kashmir on 14th March today. Clouds will also remain over Kashmir and Ladakh. Cloudy weather will be visible at some places over Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand, but the weather will remain dry.

Due to the sunny day in the capital Shimla, people's warm clothes have started coming off. At the same time, people in the plains have started taking the help of fans. Now the weather has started clearing even in the hilly areas, due to which the heat has started increasing.

Talking about the plains, the weather is forecast to remain clear and dry in all parts of Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Delhi and Uttar Pradesh in the next 24 hours. North-westerly winds are blowing in these states. Now the maximum temperatures in all these states are close to normal, while the minimums are above normal. The Meteorological Department has forecast that in the next 24 hours, with the weather being clear in Delhi, the maximum temperature can be 33 and the minimum temperature can be recorded up to 16 degree Celsius. There is also a possibility of strong wind speed in the next two days. Similarly, if we talk about Aligarh, Agra, Kanpur, Lucknow, Prayagraj, then the temperature is increasing here too.
