Weather Today: Coldest night in North India, Snowfall & Rain in Himachal-Arunachal Pradesh

New Delhi: Apart from North India, now the clouds have started clearing from other parts of the country. Talk about Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, from Madhya Pradesh to Bihar, then the haze is visible in the satellite pictures on the parts. Actually, this haze is covered in low level in the air. Due to this moisture haze, the effect of sunlight is less in all these states.

At the same time, the effect of clouds is gradually decreasing in the areas of South India, because now the circulation has gone ahead. No such weather system and movement is visible in these areas, which would have any widespread effect over the region. At the same time, if we look at the areas of Northeast India, the effect of the Western Disturbance which is active in North India is visible here.

After North India, the northeastern states receive the highest rainfall. But, at present, clouds are visible over Arunachal Pradesh. However, at present, no strong weather system is visible in the country. According to the Meteorological Department, a new Western Disturbance is going to knock after 48 hours i.e. on 21st January.

Jammu-Kashmir Weather:

Western Disturbances are coming one after the other over the northern hill states in a sequential manner over the country. Because of this, clouds are definitely present in these hilly states, whether there is rain or snowfall. Cloudy skies are very likely to occur over most parts of Jammu and Kashmir and over Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand, Gilgit, Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, Ladakh in the next 24 hours.

Because, due to the disturbance, moisture is coming continuously, which is proving helpful for the clouds. It is expected that all the above areas may receive rainfall. Rain and snowfall can also be seen in Srinagar, Gulmarg, Qazigund, Pahalgam, Kulgam, Pulwama on January 19. At the same time, in Himachal, there may be rain and snowfall at some places in the northern areas from Chamba, Una, Lahaul Spiti.

Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, East and West parts of Rajasthan as well as Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh will see mainly clear and dry weather on January 19 in all these areas. The humidity in the air has also decreased. However, the chill still persists in the winds.
