Weather Today: Seasonal changes are continuing in most of the states of the country. A new Western Disturbance is going to knock on the mountains of North India today. According to the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), Punjab (weather in Punjab), Haryana, Rajasthan. There is a possibility of rain in the national capital Delhi (Weather in Delhi), western Uttar Pradesh along with areas of Maharashtra and Gujarat and a part of Madhya Pradesh today.

According to the Meteorological Department (IMD), during 8 to 10 March 2022, the weather will be active in many places of the country and there is a possibility of rain and thunder. Apart from this, according to the IMD, there is a possibility of rain accompanied by lightning and thunder at some places. At the same time, on Tuesday, March 8 and March 9, there is a possibility of hailstorm falling in the part of Madhya Maharashtra.

Also, due to the arrival of Western Disturbance, rain and snowfall are expected in the hill states of Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan and Muzaffarabad and Himachal Pradesh today and tomorrow March 9. There is a possibility of rain and snowfall in Uttarakhand during the next 24 hours. This effect will be visible over the mountains of North India, especially in the western Himalayan regions.

Meanwhile, according to the Meteorological Department, at present, the deep depression over the Bay of Bengal has weakened and turned into a depression. It is now being seen as a deep low pressure area. The weather is likely to remain dry over most parts of South including Tamil Nadu and Kerala for now. However, light rain may occur at isolated places over Kerala today. At the same time, continuous rain continues in Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Talking about East India, the weather will remain completely dry in Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal and East Uttar Pradesh.
