Unseasonal Rains and Hailstorms Forecasted for Central and East India

Here's a regional breakdown of the expected weather:

Gangetic West Bengal: Light to moderate rain with isolated thunderstorms, lightning, and gusty winds are possible between March 17th and 20th. There's also a chance of hailstorms on March 17th.

Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Odisha, Vidarbha, East Madhya Pradesh: Expect scattered to fairly widespread light or moderate rain with thunderstorms, lightning, and gusty winds (30-40 kmph) between March 17th and 21st. Isolated hailstorms are forecast for Vidarbha (March 17th-18th), Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh (March 17th-19th). Odisha and Chhattisgarh might even experience isolated heavy rainfall on March 19th.

Telangana, Coastal Andhra Pradesh: Isolated light rainfall is possible between March 17th and 21st.

Kerala: Isolated light rainfall is expected between March 17th and 18th.

Northeast India: Light to moderate rain is forecast between March 17th and 22nd.
