New Delhi: Three Indian companies, including a fruit juice maker, Manpasand Beverages, have joined Forbes list of top 200 under billion companies' list this year in the Asia-Pacific region.

The Gujarat based company, which is associated with Parle Products, has market capitalisation to the tune of 675 million dollars.

However, the number of such companies was seven last year which is not a good news for the market. Only those companies join the list which have market cap of five million dollars to one billion dollars.

Apart from the Vadodara-headquartered Manpasand the other two companies are Chenai- based, 8K Miles Software Services and Hyderabad-based software development company, Kellton Tech Solutions .

As many as 875 companies qualified for listing. The list has excluded companies that traded thinly, have been trading for less than a year or faced legal troubles.

Those included in the final 200 have made the highest sales and earnings per share growth during three years' period.

One noteworthy feature this time is that Japan which had only 13 companies in the list last year has 25 more companies in this year's list.

In addition to India, Sri Lanka and China, have lower number of entries this year.
