Statue of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose to be installed at India Gate says PM Modi

New Delhi: Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose's statue will be installed at India Gate. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given this information by tweeting. He wrote in his tweet that at a time when the whole country is celebrating the 125th birth anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, I am happy to inform that his grand statue made of granite will be installed at India Gate. This would be a symbol of India's indebtedness to them.

Statue of Netaji Bose:

PM Modi further said that till the grand statue of Netaji Bose is completed, his hologram statue will be present at the same place. I will unveil the hologram statue on January 23, the birth anniversary of Netaji. Union Home Minister Amit Shah said that this is a fitting tribute to Netaji, who gave his all for the country. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh said that I gladly welcome the decision to install the statue of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose. This decision is a national expression of respect for Netaji by the grateful nation on the occasion of his 125th birth anniversary.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has made this announcement at a time when there is a dispute going on at India Gate regarding Amar Jawan Jyoti. Actually, the government has decided to merge the Amar Jawan Jyoti with the flame of the National War Memorial. Many opposition parties including Congress are opposing the central government regarding this decision.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi says that it is very sad that the Amar Jyoti which used to burn for our brave soldiers will be extinguished today. Total people cannot understand patriotism and sacrifice. Never mind, we will burn the Amar Jawan Jyoti once again for our soldiers.
