Shaheed Diwas 2022: Many sons of this country have sacrificed their lives to get India's independence from the British. This history can never be complete without Shaheed Bhagat Singh. On 23 March 1931, Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev were hanged by the British. At the age of just 23, Bhagat Singh was hanged.

The sacrifice of Bhagat Singh and his companions is remembered every year as Martyrs' Day. Even after 91 years of sacrifice, Bhagat Singh and his thoughts about independent India are remembered. Let us know some such interesting stories related to his life, which still inspire crores of youth.

The Jallianwala Bagh massacre had a profound effect on the life of Bhagat Singh. In the year 1919, this massacre by the British changed the life of Bhagat Singh. At that time Bhagat Singh was only 12 years old. It is said that Bhagat Singh had vowed to fight against the British rule in Jallianwala Bagh itself.

Actually, Bhagat Singh and his companion Batukeshwar Dutt threw bombs in the Central Assembly on 8 April 1929 and started raising slogans of independence. Both of them did not run away from there, but after throwing the bomb gave arrest. During this he was sentenced to almost two years.

During his two years in jail, Bhagat Singh used to write revolutionary articles and express his views. Apart from the British, his writings also included the names of many capitalists, whom he considered as enemies of himself and the country. Bhagat Singh wrote in one of his articles that the exploiter of laborers is his enemy, even if he is an Indian.

Fight for Freedom:

Bhagat Singh's views on independence were quite different. He believed that India would not get independence when the British would leave the country. India will be free when this country becomes a society where no one exploits anyone.

This time there will be no big program in Khatkar Kalan on 23rd March on the martyrdom day of Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh. Due to the swearing-in ceremony held by the new government in Khatkar Kalan a few days back, no major program is being organized by the present state government this time. Apart from this, other parties are also not doing any program.
