President Rule to continue in Uttarakhand till May 3

Uttarakhand: The Supreme Court caused a set-back to former chief minister Harish Rawat on Thursday by extending the president’s rule in Uttarakhand till May 3.

The floor test which was ordered to be held in the state assembly on April 29 has been postponed in view of this court’s order.

The Supreme Court will hear the case again on May 3.
