Serum Institute releases Corona vaccine Price list; Details here!

New Delhi: Serum Institute of India, the manufacturer of the covishield vaccine, has released a list of new prices. In this, prices have been kept separately for private hospitals and government hospitals.

Rate list of Covishield Out:

Private hospitals will get the Corona vaccine of Serum Institute for Rs 600, while the government hospitals will have to pay Rs 400 for one dose. Currently, the Government of India controls the sale and purchase of all vaccines in the country.

In a statement issued by the Serum Institute of India, it is stated that following the instructions of the Government of India, we are announcing the prices of the Covishield vaccine. The price per dose will be Rs 400 for state governments and Rs 600 for private hospitals.

Corona vaccine in India:

Apart from this, the Serum Institute of India has also claimed that the covishield copy is cheaper than the Corona vaccine sold abroad. According to the Serum Institute, the cost of the American vaccine is 1500 rupees per dose, while that of the Russian and Chinese vaccines is Rs 750-750 per dose.

So far, 1.56 crore people have been infected with Corona. So far 1.32 crore people have been cured of this virus infection. The death toll has crossed 1.82 lakh. The total number of patients currently being treated is 21.50 lakh. India has once again reached the top in terms of deaths happening every day.

Brazil is on second and America on third. About 1,500 people are dying every day in Brazil, while in the US the figure is staying between 400-600. In India, 2020 patients died on Tuesday.

There were 2.94 lakh new Corona positives in the country on Tuesday. In the last 24 hours, 2020 patients also died. During this time, 1.66 lakh people have also defeated the infection of this virus.
