The Indian Meteorological Department says that there is a possibility of snowfall in many areas of the states of Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh falling in the Himalayan mountain range. There is a possibility of rain at isolated places over the western Himalayan region and plains of north-west India during 27-28 November.
The Himalayan states of Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand, the temperature will increase due to the icy winds blowing from the Himalayas. When the icy winds reach other plain states including Delhi, the temperature will fall below minimum 10 degrees.
