Surat: Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on Monday, inaugurated the multi-specialty hospital in the Surat city of Gujarat. He would be addressing a gathering in some time today.

Surat: "If you would have built a factory or started up a some other initiative I would have given my good wishes to you but curse is all what I have for this hospital," were the words that came from Prime Minister Narendra Modi when he inaugurated the multi-specialty hospital in the Surat city of Gujarat on Monday.

The master of words, Prime Minister, has his own unique way of attracting people and media. Modi was addressing a gathering after inaugurating a multi-specialty hospital, here, where he jokingly stated, "I have to curse this hospital to bless the people of my country because giving good wishes to this hospital would mean I am praying for an unhealthy future of my countrymen."

The Prime Minister also assured the people of being provided with cheaper stents and medicines. "Many pharma firms are unhappy with my decision of cheaper stents, medicines. My government would soon bring a law for cheaper generic medicines."

The PM further said, "We have also planned to introduce the stents for heart patients on cheaper rates. The stents that earlier costed to lakhs are now available in thousands."

PM Modi further said, "the BJP government values hardwork over money and it doesn't matter whether this project cost Rs 500 crore or 5000 crore it was built through the hardwork of the people here and it inculcates family values. I wish that no one should need it's services, but in case you do, I will pray that no one has to come here again."

The PM also announced that he will be visiting Israel in July. "You all are closely connected with Israel and thus, I am visiting their as your representative," said the PM.

It could be mentioned that Narendra Modi would be the first Prime Minister till date to visit Israel.
