Pregnant women requesting doctors to have child on day of Ram Lalla's consecration

As the day of the consecration ceremony of the Ram temple in Ayodhya approaches many pregnant women whose delivery are due around that day want their child to be born on that day itself. Many pregnant women have requested the doctors of the government hospital for cesarean section delivery.

A senior doctor of the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Ganesh Shankar Vidyarthi Memorial Medical College at Kanpur, said that she has received written requests for 12 to 14 caesarean deliveries in one labor room. She said that "arrangements are being made for 35 caesarean operations on January 22."

Pregnant women and their family members have requested doctors that even if their delivery date is a few days before or after January 22, considering it an "auspicious" day, they want to give birth to their baby on that day itself.

One pregnant woman, whose delivery date is January 17, is one of the expectant mothers who have made this request to the doctors of Kanpur Hospital.
